At Jato Vape, we are committed to providing genuine, high-quality vaping products and excellent customer service. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds, replacements, or store credits may be approved.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refund or replacement requests may be considered in the following situations:

  • Wrong product received.
  • Product received in a damaged condition.
  • Defective product upon delivery.
  • Order cancelled before dispatch.

All refund, replacement, or damage claims must be reported within 4 hours of delivery. Requests received after this period may not be eligible for review.

3. Strict No Refund on Opened Products

Due to hygiene, health, and safety regulations, Jato Vape does not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges for any opened, used, or tampered products.

This policy applies to, but is not limited to:

  • Disposable Vapes
  • Vape Pods
  • E-Liquids
  • Vape Devices
  • Coils
  • Cartridges
  • Any other vaping consumables or accessories

Products must be unopened, unused, factory-sealed, and in their original packaging to be considered for any refund or return request.

4. Order Cancellations

Before Dispatch

Orders cancelled before dispatch are eligible for a full refund.

After Dispatch

If an order has already been dispatched, delivery charges and any applicable processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Refund Processing

Once a refund request is approved and any eligible returned product has been inspected, the refund will be processed accordingly.

  • Card payments will be refunded to the original payment method.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may be refunded via bank transfer or store credit.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective product, please contact us within 4 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue.

Our team will investigate the matter and, where applicable, provide a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

7. Refund Approval

All refund requests are subject to verification and approval by Jato Vape. We reserve the right to refuse any refund, return, or exchange request that does not comply with this policy.
